Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service (sales focused)
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred)
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with company support
• Sales Representatives must obtain/maintain state producer licenses per policy

Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and more in a work-from-home call center environment.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Allstate products and related solutions.
• Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales approaches; no cold calling.
• Deliver a customer-first experience while driving sales growth from a home office.
• Adhere to schedules including evenings and weekends to meet coverage needs.
