Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeks motivated individuals for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative role. You will engage with insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and other channels from a home-based setting, delivering consultative solutions from Allstate's product suite.

You will convert warm leads, work evenings and weekends, and enjoy a structured environment with licensing support, paid training, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred)
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with Allstate’s support
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection
• Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace and equipment provided
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
