Job summary

Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking motivated individuals for a work-from-home role in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with insurance shoppers, uncover needs, and recommend tailored Allstate products to convert warm leads into customers.

Requirements include 1+ year in sales or customer service, and an active Personal Lines or P&C license preferred; licensing support is provided if unlicensed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales or customer service (sales focus)
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred)
• Unlicensed? ability to obtain Personal Lines or P&C license with Allstate support
• Must obtain and maintain required producer licenses to sell insurance in any state designated by Allstate

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and other channels in a home-based call center.
• Uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend Allstate products and related offerings.
• Convert warm leads to customers using consultative sales strategies with no cold calling.
• Work from home to drive sales growth while delivering a customer-first experience.
