Allstate Insurance is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking motivated individuals to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This remote role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and other channels to convert leads into customers.

You will leverage insurance expertise to identify needs, recommend Allstate product solutions, and drive growth from a home-based setting while delivering a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state or ability to obtain one with Allstate's support.
• Sales representatives must obtain and maintain all required licenses for any designated state.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection; dedicated home workspace provided; ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills; self-motivated and takes accountability.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Maintain availability during assigned hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Provide exceptional, customer-first experience in a work-from-home environment.
