Job summary

Allstate is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. You will engage with insurance shoppers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS from a home-based call center, using your insurance expertise to tailor solutions for each customer.

You will convert warm leads with a consultative approach, work evenings and weekends as needed, and enjoy licensing support and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives are required to obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses as designated by Allstate.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while engaged with customers.
