Base pay is $18 per hour with an average total compensation of $52,730–$76,480 per year. The role includes comprehensive benefits and remote work with evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred)
• Sales/Customer Service experience with a sales focus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain required state licenses with Allstate support if unlicensed
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet)
• Dedicated home workspace with equipment provided
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, SMS, and more in a work-from-home call center.
• Uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend Allstate solutions.
• Convert warm leads into customers using consultative sales strategies.
• Deliver a customer-first experience while driving sales growth.
