Allstate Insurance Agency – Kristie Barrett is seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote position involves delivering excellent service, handling policy changes, billing inquiries, and account updates.

You will process evidence of insurance, support cross-selling, and contribute to achieving individual and agency goals. A Property & Casualty license, plus at least one year of Allstate customer service experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Allstate customer service experience.
• Prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer account updates.
• Process Evidence of Insurance and policy documents.
• Assist with cross-selling opportunities and referrals for additional products.
• Meet individual and agency performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for financial services and refer to appropriate team members.
