Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist customers with policy servicing, billing inquiries, coverage questions and policy changes, delivering an exceptional experience. This role requires a valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license and a passion for helping customers in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers paid training (8 weeks) and a standard schedule Monday–Friday during EST hours, with after training a similar daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate complex customer questions and identify solutions.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and chats and provide solutions.
• Inputs and tracks data in databases.
• Collaborate with other areas to improve processes.
• Mentor and train new hires.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaise with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Initiate, execute, and document projects as needed.
• Resolve complex questions and escalate as needed.
