Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Property & casualty insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced office.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and claims support.
• Review insurance coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients.

• Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed customer records and documentation.
