Job summary

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking a licensed healthcare professional for a fully remote contact center supporting a pharmaceutical client. This entry-level opportunity requires an active US license (RN/RPh/PharmD/PA) and offers 100% remote work with EST hours.

The role focuses on product information, adverse event reporting, and quality complaint intake, handling calls from healthcare professionals and consumers, and delivering accurate knowledge with strong service discipline in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license in good standing (RN/RPh/PharmD/PA).
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP or cGMP.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills.
• Experience in a Call Center or Help Desk is preferred.

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Provide in-depth product information and corporate knowledge.
• Process adverse event reporting and product quality complaints.
