Trusted Leader in Healthcare Services is seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to support members, providers, and patients with questions about Medicare, Billing, and health plans. You will document interactions, explain benefits, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Remote role with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and adherence to HIPAA, privacy standards, and company policies. Requires strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.
• Experience in call centers and/or health insurance industry preferred.
• Familiarity with health insurance terminology (PHI, HIPAA) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Handle member, provider, and patient inquiries across Medicare, Billing, and Member Services.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow escalation procedures.
• Explain plan benefits and provider networks in clear terms.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Code of Conduct while accessing PHI.
• Utilize multiple systems (CRM, EMR/EHR, ticketing) to assist callers.
