Job summary

The Porch Group is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative, HOA to support homeowners with policy and billing inquiries while working remotely from the United States. In this role you will respond to calls, verify payments, and coordinate with underwriters as needed, delivering accurate information with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license, 2+ years in a call center, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of customer service in a call center.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good decision-making.
• Product knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Regular, predictable attendance.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Positive attitude and pride in doing great work.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions regarding policies and billing.
• Understand and comply with the assigned level of authority taking payments and mortgage verifications.
• Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Process calls to meet or exceed service levels.
• Process requests within authority level and properly document files.
• Interface with team members, management, and customers on customer service issues.
• Refer callers to underwriters as needed and do so promptly.
• Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using correct tools.
• Follow policies, procedures and guidelines.
