Ideal candidates hold an active U.S. P&C license and have 1+ year of P&C insurance experience, with strong English communication and familiarity with major agency management systems. A dedicated home office and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Property & Casualty license (resident or non-resident).
• 1+ year P&C insurance experience with an agency or carrier.
• Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines (or both).
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls with policyholders and carriers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests.
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers and explain coverage options.
• Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting requirements and policy changes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support.
