Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a remote Customer Support professional with 2+ years in Personal Lines to handle calls and chats from clients and agents. You will provide policy information, process updates, and assist with payments while upholding service standards.

Ideal candidates have Homeowners experience, a valid active license (2-20 or 4-40 preferred), and excellent written/verbal communication. Remote role with strong emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Two years agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners.
• Personal Lines experience (Homeowners) preferred.
• Active 2-20 or 4-40 license or related designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and chats from clients and/or agents in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, payments, and endorsements.
• Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations and other related transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and ensure compliance with procedures.
