FOCUS Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist for personal lines inquiries. You will respond to inbound calls and chats, provide accurate policy information, and process endorsements, cancellations, and billing questions.

You will maintain professionalism, meet service metrics, and collaborate to improve workflows. Candidates should have knowledge of Property/Casualty operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
