Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls and chats related to personal lines insurance. You will process endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries while maintaining high service levels and accuracy.

Two years of Personal Lines agency experience is required, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A license (2-20 or 4-40) or industry designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years Agency experience in Personal Lines including homeowners and other lines; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chats from clients and agents regarding personal lines policies.
• Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to improve workflows and client experience.
