Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Proven customer support experience servicing home and auto.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically savvy with computer systems.
• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours.

Responsibilities

• Servicing client accounts including policy changes and payments.
• Reviewing coverage and adding new coverages as needed.
• Retain clients by coordinating with sales when appropriate.
• Prepare applications, change requests and disclosures.
• Build relationships with clients and carriers.
• Answer calls and emails from customers.
• Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Document interactions and tasks in AMS360.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business.
