Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking Idaho-licensed clinicians to provide virtual, wellness-based therapy for seniors. This remote, part-time contractor role offers flexible hours (10–25 hours weekly) and the chance to work from home while serving Idaho residents.

You will deliver CBT-focused therapy, retirement coaching, and geriatric-focused care with minimal administrative burden and streamlined scheduling. Compensation is per session, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid, unrestricted Idaho state license as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
Experience in medication management support and pain management counseling for geriatric population.
Experience with clients aged 65+ and understanding aging impact.
Must provide professional liability/malpractice insurance or willing to purchase.

Responsibilities

Goal-Oriented Therapy: provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model.
Clinical Intervention: CBT and solution-focused approaches for late-life depression/anxiety.
Retirement & Identity Coaching: help seniors redefine purpose and navigate retirement.
Specialized Counseling: assist with medication adherence and chronic pain management.
