Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking a licensed clinician to provide remote, senior-focused therapy in Oregon. The role emphasizes a wellness-based, goal-directed approach, with a schedule that supports part-time, remote work from anywhere in Oregon.

The clinician will work with 65+ clients, using CBT and solution-focused methods to address late-life depression and anxiety while supporting independence and quality of life. Licensure in Oregon and NPI are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Oregon state license as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Active NPI; CAQH/Medicare credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based, goal-oriented model.
• Utilize CBT and other approaches to treat late-life depression and anxiety.
• Assist seniors with retirement and identity coaching; support autonomy.
• Manage medication adherence and pain management counseling for geriatric clients.
