Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking NM-licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs or LMHCs for a remote, New Mexico-based practice. This part-time contractor role offers 10–25 hours per week and fully remote work within NM.

You will deliver goal-oriented therapy to seniors using CBT and wellness-based care, focusing on independence and aging-related challenges, with flexible scheduling and admin support from the platform.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted New Mexico state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated experience in medication management support and pain management counseling for geriatric clients.
• Experience working with clients aged 65+ and understanding of aging and retirement.
• Must provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance or be willing to purchase before start.
• Active NPI; Medicare credentialing or CAQH profile a plus.
• Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Comfortable using technology and teletherapy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model to empower autonomy.
• Utilize CBT and other solution-focused approaches to treat late-life depression and anxiety.
• Assist with retirement and identity coaching to help seniors redefine purpose.
• Support medication adherence and chronic pain management within geriatric care.
