Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is seeking Kentucky-licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LMHCs to join as remote, part-time contractors.

This wellness-focused model supports seniors through goal-oriented therapy, with a streamlined teletherapy platform that handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can focus on your clients. You will provide CBT and other evidence-based approaches for late-life anxiety and depression, retirement identity coaching, and medication-management support, while

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted Kentucky state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Clinical Expertise: Experience in medication management support and pain management counseling for geriatric population.
• Geriatric Focus: Experience with clients aged 65+ and understanding of aging and retirement.
• Insurance: Must provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance or be willing to purchase prior to start.
• Credentials: Active NPI; Medicare CAQH is a plus.
• Commitment: Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with teletherapy interface.

Responsibilities

• Goal-Oriented Therapy: Provide virtual individual therapy using wellness-based model to empower autonomy.
• Clinical Intervention: Use CBT and other approaches to treat late-life depression and anxiety.
• Retirement & Identity Coaching: Help seniors redefine purpose during retirement transition.
• Specialized Counseling: Assist with medication adherence and chronic pain psychological aspects.
