Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote, wellness-based therapy to seniors in Massachusetts. Work from home with flexible part-time hours, serving 65+ clients and focusing on autonomy, aging, and identity transitions.

Role emphasizes CBT-based interventions, medication adherence support, and chronic pain management, with billing/insurance handled by the platform and a per-session compensation model.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Massachusetts state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical mental health counseling experience.
• Experience in medication management support and pain management counseling for geriatric clients.
• Geriatric focus with 65+ clients.
• Provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance or be willing to purchase prior to start.
• Active NPI required; Medicare CAQH profile a plus.
• Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable teletherapy interface.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model to empower clients to maintain autonomy.
• Utilize CBT and other solution-focused approaches to treat late-life depression and anxiety.
• Support retirement and identity coaching to help seniors redefine purpose and navigate the transition from career to retirement.
• Assist clients in managing the psychological aspects of medication adherence and chronic pain.
