Job summary

Total Life, Inc. is hiring Ohio-licensed psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LMHCs for a remote, part-time clinician role focused on elder care and aging-related mental health.

The platform handles administrative tasks, billing, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on clients. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping seniors navigate transitions from career to retirement, with CBT and solution-focused approaches, and at least 2 years post-licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Ohio state license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical mental health counseling experience
• Experience in medication management support and pain management for geriatric population
• Experience with clients aged 65+ and understanding of aging/retirement impact
• Active professional liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Active NPI (CAQH/Medicare a plus)
• Available for minimum 10 hours per week
• Comfortable using secure teletherapy interface

Responsibilities

• Goal-oriented therapy using a wellness-based model to preserve client autonomy
• Clinical intervention with CBT and other solution-focused approaches for late-life depression and anxiety
• Retirement and identity coaching to help clients redefine purpose
• Specialized counseling for medication adherence and chronic pain in seniors
