Job summary

Total Life Inc. is hiring Oregon-licensed clinicians (Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, LMHCs) to provide virtual therapy for seniors aged 65+. The role emphasizes a wellness-based, goal-oriented model with no administrative burden and an easy scheduling system.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Oregon state license as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Experience in medication management and pain management counseling for geriatric population.
• Experience with clients aged 65+ and understanding of aging psychology.
• Provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance or be willing to obtain.
• Active NPI; Medicare credentialing/CAQH a plus.
• Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Comfort using teletherapy technology and secure platforms.

Responsibilities

• Goal-Oriented Therapy: Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model.
• Clinical Intervention: Utilize CBT and solution-focused approaches for late-life depression and anxiety.
• Retirement & Identity Coaching: Help seniors redefine purpose during retirement transition.
• Specialized Counseling: Support medication adherence and chronic pain management.
