Total Life, Inc. is hiring Iowa-licensed Psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LMHCs who excel in a wellness-based, goal-oriented model of care. This role offers virtual therapy to seniors, with a focus on autonomy and meaningful engagement.

Part-time contractor hours (10–25 per week) and fully remote work from your home office with a mission to improve emotional resilience and independence in adults aged 65+.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted Iowa state license as Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling.
• Active NPI and the ability to provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance.
• Experience with geriatric populations and aging psychology is preferred.
• Comfort with teletherapy and secure platforms is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual individual therapy using a wellness-based model that supports client autonomy.
• Utilize CBT and other solution-focused approaches to treat late-life depression and anxiety.
• Assist with retirement and identity coaching to help seniors navigate career-to-retirement transitions.
• Support clients with medication adherence and chronic pain management in geriatric care.
