Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to provide comprehensive mental health care, working with a supportive executive team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Clinicians will manage treatment plans, see patients regularly, and coordinate with families as needed while leveraging automated admin support and Blueprint AI for notes. Hybrid work options and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health field.
• Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist with active license.
• Experience using electronic health record systems (NextGen desirable).
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and progress review.
• Involve families when appropriate and coordinate outreach.
• Collaborate with teams and clinical leadership for case discussions.
