Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist).
• Bonus for bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain licensure throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and adjust treatment as needed.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
