Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians in a collaborative, physician-led team focused on transforming mental healthcare. Clinicians work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to deliver personalized treatment plans and ongoing care, with administrative support for insurance and billing and innovative tech to streamline notes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license based on office location).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
• Maintain professional licensure throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: NextGen preferred.
• Computer skills across common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
