Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (office location dependent).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
• Maintain professional licensure/certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing progress assessments.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
