Headlight is actively seeking licensed clinicians to join a mission-driven team transforming behavioral health. The clinician will diagnose, treat, and manage treatment plans while leveraging our administrative support and innovative technology to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Licensed clinician with applicable state license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and build trust.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and create treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and coordinate care with families when appropriate.
