Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health company, is seeking licensed clinicians in a hybrid/remote-capable role across the Western U.S. to treat patients and collaboratively improve care with executive guidance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required in related field with active licensure.
• Active licenses: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist (license based on office location).
• Familiarity with NextGen EHR is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and advise families when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
