Job summary

Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to provide high-quality mental health services with clinician-led oversight. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration with senior therapists, and access to innovative tools to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license is required.
• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients and families.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and create detailed treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with families and involve them appropriately.
• Guide outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
