Qualifications

Master’s Degree or higher in relevant field required or equivalent.
Full, unencumbered LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license to practice in CA (as applicable).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
Proficient in EHR systems and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

Establish positive rapport with patients.
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
Create and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Provide counseling and ongoing progress assessments.
Involve family when appropriate.
Coordinate outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
