Headlight seeks licensed clinicians to join a team transforming mental healthcare. You will establish rapport, diagnose and treat clients, and create personalized treatment plans with ongoing progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after licensure.
• Active full licensure in LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist as applicable.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
