Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a liability claims team, guiding performance across a range of caseloads and complexities. This fully remote role requires licensing across states, strong leadership, and a commitment to best practices to deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will drive talent development, oversee licensing, and leverage Gallagher's technology to improve efficiency and outcomes, while maintaining proactive communication with clients,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 12 years related claims experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Manage multiple priorities and position team members for development.
