Qualifications

• 10 years of demonstrated ability handling Auto Liability Claims including Complex litigation and Bodily Injury.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience supervising a claims team.
• Licensed in multiple states and comprehensive jurisdictional experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a liability claims team handling diverse caseloads.
• Guide claims team to adhere to Best Practices and quality standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Define goals and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
