Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto and General Liability claims, applying claims experience and analytical skills to reach resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative claims solutions and improve the management process.
- Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
