Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a liability claims team and drive high-quality service across a variety of caseloads, including complex litigation. You will hire, train, and coach adjusters while ensuring adherence to Best Practices and efficient workflow.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of Commercial General Liability and Auto claims experience, a minimum of 4 years in leadership, and a nationwide licensing scope.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of demonstrated ability handling Commercial General Liability and Auto Claims handling experience including complex litigation, bodily injury, and property damage claims.
• 4 years of prior leadership experience
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and encourage a liability claims team to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Guide claims team to handle claims in accordance with GB's Best Practices.
• Take charge of adjuster hiring and training, promoting performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional and proactive manner.
