Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a senior claims leader to supervise a liability claims team handling Commercial Auto Liability Claims, including complex litigation and bodily injury cases. The role requires extensive leadership experience and nationwide jurisdictional knowledge, with eligibility for fully remote work.

You will drive hiring, training, and performance, leveraging technology to improve service quality while coordinating with clients, carriers, and brokers.

Qualifications

• 10 years of demonstrated ability handling Commercial Auto Liability Claims including Complex litigation, Bodily Injury (soft tissue to fatalities)
• Minimum of 8 years leadership experience
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred
• High School Diploma; appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise a liability claims team handling a variety of caseload sizes and complexities to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
• Lead adjuster hiring and training, encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and effectively manage workloads to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Harness Gallagher's technology to enhance the team's efficiency and overall quality of service.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Position team members for development and future leadership opportunities.
