You will guide hiring, training, and performance, ensure best practices, and partner with clients, carriers, and brokers to deliver high-quality service. A valid adjuster license and broad state coverage are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of demonstrated experience handling Auto Liability Claims including complex litigation.
• Minimum of 8 years leadership experience.
• Nationwide jurisdiction experience preferred.
