Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned claims leader to supervise a liability claims team across Commercial General Liability and Auto claims, including complex litigation. This role drives hiring, coaching, and performance, and partners with clients to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in claims handling, at least 4 years in leadership, and nationwide jurisdictional experience. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CGL/auto claims experience with complex litigation.
• 4+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Nationwide licensure or jurisdictional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise liability claims team to deliver high-quality service.
• Lead hire and training of adjusters and coaching.
• Define team goals and manage workloads for efficiency.
• Leverage technology to improve claims processing and outcomes.
