Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of experience selling professional services to C-Suite and senior executives in a consultative, relationship-based style.
• Experience within the legal sector either in practice or law business.
• Proven track record of success with measurable results in prior business development roles.

Aufgaben

• Craft tailored and well-researched client outreach to communicate Paragon’s value and services.
• Prospect, nurture, and close new business using a sales plan with email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Lead client meetings to understand strategy, pain points, and hiring needs and connect to Paragon’s offerings.
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with prospective clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from demand generation to discovery, scoping, talent matching, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Expand relationships within existing accounts and re-engage past clients to grow dormant relationships.
• Collaborate with Client Development and Recruiting teams for a seamless client experience.
• Meet quarterly and annual KPIs on pipeline development and revenue generation.
• Diligently log and report activity within a CRM.
• Represent Paragon at conferences and trade shows, networking and posting on social media.
