This remote role offers travel for training and in-person activities for top performers, with an uncapped commission plan and rapid career progression. Starting base salary is $50,000, with potential increases to $55,000 after six months and $60,000 after one year, plus a target total compensation of $80,000–$120,000+.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.
• Bonus: experience or passion for legal, family law, or immigration fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline: manage warm leads and guide them toward experienced legal professionals.
