The candidate will drive revenue by developing and expanding relationships with law firms and corporate clients, acting as the initial trusted advisor and coordinating with cross-functional teams to present solutions effectively. The role requires 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong prospectsing and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in new business development and consultative relationship-selling.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Target prospective lawyers at all levels in law firms and corporate decision makers to develop new relationships and generate opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to anticipate client needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails.
• Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to support sales strategies and deliver client outcomes.
