You will deliver high-quality legal and business research, competitive intelligence, customized current awareness, and knowledge-enabled solutions, blending research with automation to improve discovery and delivery across the firm.

Qualifications

MLS degree or equivalent; JD preferred.
Strong legal research, analysis and information resources.
Excellent communication and consultation skills; able to translate needs into solutions.
Familiarity with AI-powered research tools and knowledge management tech.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced legal, business, regulatory, litigation, and competitive intelligence research.
Design and deliver customized current awareness and self-service programs.
Develop automated monitoring and tracking for legal matters and market trends.
Integrate research materials into workflows and advise on process improvements.
Evaluate and help implement new research, KM, and AI technologies.
Serve as advisor on research strategy and emerging legal tech.
Collaborate with Innovation, Marketing, IT and other departments on strategic initiatives.
