Qualifications

• Experience in Intellectual Property (e.g., trademarks, patents, prosecution, or related work) required.
• Prior experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proficiency with legal systems and technology, including IP management and/or docketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
