Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to analyze conflict reports and manage clearance workflows. This remote role supports the US intake process and coordination with offshore offices.

The candidate will work with lawyers, paralegals, and staff to ensure compliance and minimize conflicts. You will review reports on current and former clients, maintain ethical screens, and assist in engagement letters and document updates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of prior large law firm experience required.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and client service orientation.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Agile Point Workflow and Intapp Open preferred.

Aufgaben

• Monitor new business intake workflows for US and offshore offices.
• Analyze and summarize conflict reports to identify conflicts of interest.
• Initiate conflicts clearance with conflicts staff and supervising partners.
• Assist Supervising Partners in clearing potential conflicts of interest.
• Review reports for updates on existing matters and report findings to Conflicts Counsel or supervising partner.
• Maintain ethical screens and update consent/engagement letters in firm systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
