Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP seeks an Attorney Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist to join our high-performing team. This hybrid role blends full lifecycle recruiting with strategic outreach to engage top legal talent in a competitive market, delivering a high-touch experience from first contact to onboarding.

The ideal candidate builds relationships, partners with internal stakeholders, and develops sophisticated talent pipelines to support firm growth and long-term success.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• At least five (5) years of attorney recruiting experience is required.
• Prior staffing agency or legal search firm experience is ideal.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented and organized; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing competing demands and handling confidential information.
• Basic administrative and office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Market Engagement: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber attorneys and initiate direct outreach to cultivate opportunities and long-term relationships.
• Recruitment Operations: Coordinate interviews, prepare detailed candidate profiles, ensure timely feedback, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
• Law School and Summer Associate Program Management: Support OCI programs, organize networking events and assist with summer programs, tracking outreach and pipelines.
