Responsibilities

• Monitor US and offshore new submissions for processing.
• Analyze and summarize conflict reports for potential conflicts.
• Initiate conflicts clearance with staff including overseas offices.
• Assist Supervising Partners in clearing conflicts.
• Review reports for updates and report to Conflicts Counsel/Partner.
• Maintain ethical screens within firm systems.
• Maintain Consent/Engagement letters and update Elite database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
