Affirm is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst II to support Legal Platform Services, focusing on contract operations and technology initiatives. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Procurement to optimize workflows, implement scalable tools, and streamline processes enabling faster business decisions.

The role emphasizes system administration of Ironclad, data integrity, and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of in-depth experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful.
Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation.
Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
Project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
In-house legal team experience at fast-paced companies where quick decisions matter.
Ability to simplify and improve legal processes and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong bias for action and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform, including system administration, workflow configuration, template management, approval routing, and integrations with Zip and Salesforce.
Oversee contract database management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Develop and implement technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management for vendor and commercial agreements.
Partner with Procurement, Financial Systems, Business Systems, IT, and vendors on integrations, API connections, and troubleshooting.
Create training materials, playbooks, self-service resources, and documentation for contract management tools.
Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across contract operations from concept to adoption.
Build and manage department-wide reports and dashboards with metrics for Legal Leadership.
Support cross-functional initiatives, data field reviews, audits, and other projects as needed.
Oversee knowledge management: FAQs, intranet hubs, templates, and legal web pages.
